Shipping & Return

At Firstmumma, we endeavours to ensure that every transaction at the online store is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, Firstmumma, we offers a return and exchange policy subject to the condition that the product is unused and in its original packaging without the primary packaging being tampered with. The return has to be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product except product bought on discount.

If the product is incorrectly delivered (product(s) not matching the item(s) in the order confirmation) or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then the policy provides for extending a full refund or exchange of the order.

Products are eligible for returns if products received by the customer are physically damaged, are defective or are different from their description on the product details page on the website firstmumma.com. Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to the customer.
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Return has been initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page or bought in discount cannot be returned.

Product Colours: Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary.

To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care at +919311706004 within 48 hours of delivery. Please share the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item.

Firstmumma reserves the right to accept/reject any exchanges, refunds, claims and returns. Each request is handled on a case by case basis and the customer is expected to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Note : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. Refunds for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded only as store credit.

Disclaimer: All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict, decision of Firstmumma shall be final and binding.

If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 15 days from the delivery of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order only once unfulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.


SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Firstmaumma is committed to deliver orders with good quality packaging within time frame specified as below. To ensure that orders reach in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.


SHIPPING 

Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin-codes in India. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, or as per the delivery date. Agreed at the time of order confirmation and courier company's shipment delivery norms. Our endeavour is to ensure the products are delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to the shipping address as mentioned during the Checkout. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as business days for deliveries & order processing.Currently we offer only standard delivery. We will update as and when, we introduce express delivery options.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Faridabad (Haryana), India.


NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please ensure that complete & accurate address is provided including zip/pin code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.


MODES OF PAYMENT

For shipping to India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks. HDFC is our designated payment gateways. A customer may alternatively opt for cash on delivery (only applicable to limited pin codes).
